Heather's Guiltless low calorie Brownies
This is the recipe for my Yummy 80 calorie Brownies
Ingredients
- 15oz can black beans
- 1/4cup of unsweetened cocoa
- 1 teaspoon expresso
- 3/4 cup of agave or honey
- 3/4 cup of egg substitute or eggs
- 3 tablespoons of wheat flower 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 8x8 brownie pan
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350
- spray pan with non stick cooking spray
- place black beans, cocoa powder, eggs, expresso and flower in processor or mixer make sure there are no lumps.
- add agave, vanilla and butter blend all together
- bake for 25 min at 350 last 5 minutes turn and lower oven to 300
- let brownies completley cool in fridge
